A significant focus was placed on upgrading technical infrastructure, enhancing fire and industrial safety protocols, and strengthening seismological monitoring. Furthermore, Tokayev instructed the Ministry to integrate advanced digital tools and artificial intelligence to improve threat detection and public warning systems. The President also highlighted the importance of human resource development, calling for improved professional training standards for all emergency personnel to ensure effective disaster management across the country.
