Georgetown University in Qatar is launching a new initiative aimed at high school students to explore how adolescents navigate career and academic choices. Supported by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and funded by the Qatar Research, Development and Innovation Council, the project will involve over 1,500 students. Participants will engage in interactive online workshops designed to simulate authentic professional responsibilities. These tasks are derived from a database containing more than 17,000 actual job listings, ensuring the experience reflects current labor market demands. This program seeks to bridge the gap between educational preparation and workforce requirements by analyzing the decision-making processes of young people as they prepare for their future professional paths.
