Zeeshan Arshad, a domestic employee implicated in the homicide of digital designer Hina Javed, has submitted a bail request to an Islamabad sessions court. The victim was discovered deceased on August 20 at her marital residence, with her body restrained in a bathroom. Initially, her father-in-law claimed the incident resulted from a burglary, but authorities subsequently initiated a murder investigation. Both Arshad and the victim's husband, Faisal Asghar, were taken into custody as suspects. During the recent hearing, Additional District and Sessions Judge Naseer Ahmed accepted the bail petition. The court has formally requested that the Civil Lines Police Station provide all relevant investigation records and case files by September 11 to facilitate further proceedings regarding the suspect's plea of innocence.
