Qatar Airways has revealed plans to increase its international flight network to encompass more than 170 locations for the 2026-2027 winter period. During a recent media event held at Hamad International Airport, company representatives provided insights into the airline's operational structure and service capabilities. Projections for the current winter season indicate a volume of approximately four million passengers, supported by a daily average exceeding 510 flights. Statistical data from the first eight months of 2026 shows that the carrier managed over 96,000 passenger flights. Furthermore, the airline highlighted the increasing adoption of digital infrastructure, noting that hundreds of thousands of travelers utilized self-service check-in kiosks and automated bag drop facilities throughout the year. These figures reflect the airline's ongoing efforts to streamline passenger processing and expand its global reach.
