Qatar Museums has scheduled a major exhibition titled 'Around the World in Jewellery,' which will be held at M7 from October 27 through December 26. This display serves as the most significant presentation of jewellery from the institution's archives, supplemented by historical items provided by Van Cleef & Arpels. Developed in partnership with L'ECOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, the event will feature over 500 individual items, including sculptures, photographs, and various ornaments. These pieces originate from the National Museum of Qatar, the Museum of Islamic Art, and the upcoming Lusail Museum. Many of these artefacts are being presented to the public for the first time, covering a wide range of cultural and historical backgrounds. The exhibition is structured into seven distinct thematic sections to highlight the diversity of the collection.
