The 27th Chinese medical delegation stationed in Sierra Leone has launched a series of free health clinics throughout the capital area this month. These outreach efforts focus on providing general medical assistance, specialized pain management, and professional training for local community members. The initiative is coordinated by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Center at the Sierra Leone-China Friendship Hospital as part of the broader "100 Medical Teams in 1,000 Villages" project. A specific event was held at the Calaba Town Health Center to commemorate the 35th World Traditional Medicine Day, highlighting the integration of these practices into local healthcare. The program aims to address prevalent chronic health issues among the population by offering accessible care and expertise.
