Huang admitted to an incident on June 20, 2026, where he followed a woman at Northpoint City to film her without consent. Furthermore, he confessed to capturing similar footage of approximately 20 other women between May and June 2026, maintaining a frequency of about twice weekly. The court noted his persistent pattern of behavior despite previous legal interventions.
