King Maha Vajiralongkorn and Queen Suthida of Thailand are scheduled to visit Vietnam from September 14 to 16. This diplomatic mission follows an invitation from Vietnamese President and Communist Party General Secretary To Lam. The visit coincides with the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two nations, which were formally established in 1976. According to the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this trip aims to bolster bilateral friendship and enhance cooperation. Officials noted that this marks a historic milestone, as it is the first official visit to Vietnam by King Maha Vajiralongkorn.
