Singaporean supermarket chain FairPrice has announced a price reduction and stabilization initiative for specific chicken and egg products, effective until December 31. Across more than 100 locations nationwide, customers can purchase a 30-egg tray for S$4.95 and one kilogram of frozen chicken for S$2.50. These rates represent the lowest price points offered by the retailer for these items since 2021. In addition to these poultry and egg discounts, the supermarket group is extending promotional pricing on a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. This move aims to assist shoppers in managing their grocery expenses through the end of the calendar year.
