A Flydubai flight, identified as FZ1073, performed an emergency landing at Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Tabuk on Wednesday morning. The airport operator, Cluster2 Airports, reported that air traffic controllers received a distress signal from the aircraft at 8:44 a.m. Emergency protocols were activated, allowing the plane to touch down safely at 9:45 a.m. local time. Upon arrival, it was confirmed that both the captain and the co-pilot had suffered injuries and required transport to a local medical facility for treatment. Airport authorities provided support to the passengers within the terminal building while working alongside the airline to arrange a substitute flight. Operations at the facility continue as officials manage the aftermath of the incident.
