A Sepehran Airlines Boeing 737 was forced to return to Mashhad Airport shortly after departing for Kermanshah on September 15. The flight experienced multiple technical issues, beginning with the separation of a tyre tread during the initial takeoff sequence. While the tyre did not fully burst, the pilot subsequently reported engine complications to air traffic control, necessitating an immediate return to the departure airport. Passengers on board captured footage showing a portion of the cabin ceiling panels detaching and hanging down during the flight. Despite these mechanical difficulties, the aircraft successfully landed at Shahid Hasheminejad Airport without further incident. Local aviation authorities confirmed the sequence of events, noting that the flight crew followed emergency protocols to ensure the safety of those on board.
