The Russian government has not yet determined if President Vladimir Putin will attend the G20 summit scheduled for December in Miami. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov indicated that no final decision has been reached, while foreign policy aide Yury Ushakov noted that the matter has not been formally discussed. Previously, the Kremlin had suggested participation was possible following an invitation from U.S. President Donald Trump. Regarding a potential meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who expressed interest in a discussion should both leaders attend, Peskov maintained that any such dialogue should occur in Moscow. This stance reaffirms the Kremlin's established policy regarding direct negotiations with the Ukrainian leadership.
