The Pakistani military's media division, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), reported that security personnel eliminated eleven militants during intelligence-led operations in the Kharan and Washuk districts of Balochistan. These actions took place on September 6 and 7. Officials stated that the operations targeted groups identified by the federal government as 'Fitna al-Hindustan,' a designation used to describe organizations allegedly supported by India to conduct proxy activities within the region. On the first day, security forces engaged and killed eight individuals who were attempting to block a road and interfere with civilian transportation. A subsequent operation on the following day resulted in the deaths of three additional militants. The government maintains that these groups are responsible for ongoing instability in the province, and the military continues to conduct targeted missions to address these security threats.
