The incident occurred in the Nong Prue subdistrict of Chon Buri, following a persistent conflict regarding a neighbour who frequently played loud music during late-night hours. Phawat stated that he had attempted to address the noise disturbance through direct communication, but these interactions consistently resulted in verbal altercations. Furthermore, the victim noted that he had contacted local patrol officers on approximately ten separate occasions to intervene, yet the disruptive behaviour persisted. The situation escalated into an alleged physical confrontation at around 11 p.m. the previous evening, prompting the victim to seek formal legal assistance from local authorities.
