The Supreme Judiciary Council of Qatar has successfully managed 12,136 electronic requests using its Virtual Employee platform on WhatsApp. This digital initiative, which began in July 2025, aims to streamline judicial processes and enhance public accessibility to legal services. Data indicates that the system handled 1,147 transactions during August 2026 alone, highlighting the increasing reliance on automated communication tools for administrative tasks. By integrating this technology, the council continues its broader strategy to modernize the national judicial framework and improve overall procedural efficiency for all users. The service remains accessible through a designated WhatsApp contact number, reflecting the council's commitment to digital transformation within the legal sector.
