Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has publicly condemned the Aam Aadmi Party administration in Punjab regarding the recent suicide of an individual named Gulzar Singh. Gandhi characterized the incident as part of a troubling trend within the state government, alleging that officials respond to public criticism of their administrative shortcomings with intimidation and physical abuse. According to the Congress leader, those who raise concerns about government performance are being subjected to systematic harassment. This statement highlights the ongoing political friction between the opposition and the ruling party in Punjab concerning the treatment of citizens who challenge state authorities.
