Emergency response teams in Uzbekistan successfully located and assisted seventeen individuals who had become stranded in the mountainous terrain of the Akhangaran District. The group had traveled to the Chinor mahalla area, situated near the 107th kilometer of the Tashkent–Osh highway, for recreational purposes but subsequently lost their orientation. Following a distress call placed through the emergency system late on September 12, the Kamchik Special Rescue Department initiated a search operation. Rescuers navigated the mountain slopes to find the missing party and safely escorted them out of the hazardous zone. All seventeen people were eventually returned to their homes without further incident.
