The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre has unveiled an interactive Hijri calendar on its official website to assist users in tracking prayer schedules, lunar months, and various significant national or global observances. As the authorized entity responsible for calculating prayer timings and determining the start of Hijri months within the United Arab Emirates, the centre designed this digital tool to offer seamless access to both Hijri and Gregorian dates. Beyond basic scheduling, the platform serves as an educational resource, providing detailed information on astronomical phenomena, seasonal changes, lunar cycles, and cultural facts related to the Islamic calendar. This initiative reflects the centre's ongoing commitment to leveraging technology to provide reliable religious and astronomical data to the public from any location.
