The relatives of 15-year-old Muhammad Umar Lashari have publicly accused local authorities of stalling the investigation into his death. The teenager was discovered unresponsive near the Shikarpur Gymkhana on September 2 and later passed away. His family, supported by local community members, organized demonstrations this week to protest the perceived lack of progress. Medical Superintendent Dr. Jai Prakash of the Civil Hospital also expressed frustration regarding the case, noting that critical DNA and chemical analysis reports have been delayed by five days. Samples were dispatched to laboratories in Rohri and Jamshoro on September 3, yet the results remain outstanding. The family fears that these administrative delays are intentionally undermining the legal proceedings surrounding the boy's death.
