A 49-year-old Singaporean woman, Goh Mei Chi, received a 21-week prison sentence on October 9, 2026, after pleading guilty to charges of outraging the modesty of two brothers. The incident occurred on February 12, 2024, at the Boon Lay Shopping Centre, where the intoxicated woman approached the victims, aged 16 and 23, despite having no prior acquaintance with them. Court records indicate that Goh grabbed the collar of one brother before forcibly kissing both on their cheeks and lips. Following the encounter, the victims attempted to leave the scene while the perpetrator shouted at them in English and Mandarin. In addition to this case, the defendant faced legal proceedings for other unrelated offenses, culminating in the final jail term handed down by the court.
