Sri Lanka Cricket has officially unveiled a 16-man roster to compete in the upcoming ODI tri-series hosted in Pakistan, which also features England. Kusal Mendis has been appointed as the captain for the tournament, which is scheduled to commence after the conclusion of the current T20I series. The squad features a mix of batting talent and bowling specialists, including spin options like Maheesh Theekshana and Dunith Wellalage, alongside pace bowlers such as Dushmantha Chameera and Dilshan Madushanka. Notably, the inclusion of Pathum Nissanka remains contingent upon him receiving official medical clearance before he is permitted to join the traveling party.
