A 32-year-old man, Gabriel Foong Shi Cheng, was escorted by Singaporean police back to a housing block in Telok Blangah Heights this morning to reconstruct a fatal incident. Foong faces a murder charge for the death of 73-year-old Tham Nam Poh, which occurred on October 5 at the void deck of Block 57. During the initial event, authorities discovered the elderly victim unresponsive and another 53-year-old man suffering from injuries. Both individuals were transported to a medical facility, where the 73-year-old subsequently passed away. The suspect, who was officially charged on October 7, remained in restraints while walking investigators through the sequence of events at the location. Police continue to process the case as the legal proceedings move forward.
