Ongoing hostilities near the Thai-Myanmar border have intensified as Myanmar military drones conducted multiple explosive strikes against resistance targets close to Mae Sot. The aerial assaults, which persisted into the early hours of October 30 near Min La Pan village in Myawaddy, have disrupted regional stability. In direct response to the escalating violence, the Naresuan Force of the Royal Thai Army has implemented a seven-day suspension on all import and export activities through unofficial border crossings. This trade restriction is scheduled to remain in effect from October 30 through November 5. While ground combat operations have experienced brief lulls, the continued use of drones has prompted Thai security forces to tighten border controls to ensure safety and manage the impact of the neighboring conflict on local territory.
