President Sheikh Mohamed has commenced a landmark visit to Germany, marking the first time a UAE leader has traveled to the nation since the two countries established formal diplomatic ties. This high-level meeting with President Frank-Walter Steinmeier serves as a testament to the strengthening of bilateral relations over the past several decades. The partnership, which has been solidified through strategic agreements in 2004, 2019, and 2022, is built upon a foundation of mutual respect, economic collaboration, and shared global interests. Originally focused on trade and diplomacy, the relationship has progressively expanded to encompass cooperation in emerging industries, advanced technologies, and infrastructure development. This visit underscores the commitment of both nations to deepen their strategic alliance and explore new avenues for future cooperation.
