The Rastriya Swatantra Party has released an internal audit report highlighting significant organizational friction and structural deficiencies throughout its Madhesh Province branch. According to the findings, provincial and local leadership are primarily accountable for the party's inability to conduct scheduled conventions across the majority of districts. A specialized committee, led by Joint General Secretary Hari Dhakal and comprised of several party officials, was established in September to investigate these operational failures. To ensure an impartial evaluation, the party leadership appointed members from outside the region to conduct the assessment. The committee's primary objective was to identify the root causes of these administrative challenges and propose actionable solutions to restore organizational stability within the province.
