According to the United Nations, healthcare facilities in Ethiopia's Tigray region have begun to restore operations following the arrival of critical medical equipment and supplies. The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs confirmed that services are returning to various locations, notably including the Ayder Hospital situated in Mekelle. Beyond medical assistance, international organizations are actively distributing food and nutritional aid across the Tigray, Afar, and Amhara regions. Despite these recent improvements in service delivery, humanitarian agencies emphasize that the overall requirements for the population in these areas remain substantial and urgent.
