A fatal traffic accident took place on Saturday evening in the Charabotola area of Satkhira. The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 pm, resulting in the death of a pedestrian. Additionally, thirty members of the Jamaat-e-Islami party sustained injuries during the crash. At the time of the collision, the political activists were traveling back from a road march organized by an eleven-party alliance held in Khulna. Local authorities are currently assessing the circumstances surrounding the vehicle accident.
