Naver, the major web portal, announced it identified automated manipulation concerning user reviews for the movie and has subsequently involved law enforcement. Simultaneously, conservative activists organized a demonstration at the residence of the film's lead actor, Yoo Hae-jin. The motion picture, which premiered on September 23, depicts the 1974 incident involving the attempted assassination of former President Park Chung-hee, an event that resulted in the death of First Lady Yuk Young-soo. The situation remains tense as public discourse surrounding the film's portrayal of historical events continues to draw significant attention and organized opposition.
