Prime Minister Balen Shah has commenced a series of high-level meetings with the leaders of Nepal's primary security organizations at the Singha Durbar complex. These discussions are focused on obtaining comprehensive updates concerning the aftermath of the August 26 Bhotekoshi River flooding in Rasuwa. The Prime Minister intends to review the current status of search and rescue operations, the distribution of relief materials, and the medical assistance provided to those affected by the disaster. Following his session with Army Chief Ashok Raj Sigdel, the Prime Minister is scheduled to confer with Inspector General of Nepal Police Dan Bahadur Karki and Inspector General of the Armed Police Force Narayan Dutta Poudel. These meetings are intended to facilitate the issuance of formal directives to enhance ongoing emergency response efforts.
