The Qatar Football Association (QFA) held its Ordinary General Assembly to finalize key leadership appointments. During the session, members confirmed that HE Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Thani will continue his tenure as president until the elective assembly scheduled for 2027. Additionally, HE Sheikh Dr. Tamim bin Mohammed Al-Thani was appointed to serve as vice president for the same duration. The meeting, which included the QFA Executive Committee, the secretary general, and representatives from various member clubs, also resulted in the formal approval of several amendments to the organization's statutes. These administrative decisions aim to provide continuity for the association's governance over the coming years.
