The Qatar Press Centre (QPC) has formalized a cooperation agreement with the Gulf and Arabian Peninsula Studies Unit, which operates under the Arab Centre for Research and Policy Studies. Signed by QPC director-general Sadiq Mohammed al-Emadi and unit head Dr. Haidar Saeed, the memorandum of understanding aims to foster collaboration across journalism, media, and academic research. The partnership establishes a structured framework for sharing professional expertise, conducting joint training initiatives, and organizing events. Furthermore, both organizations intend to collaborate on publications and research projects concerning regional issues. By bridging the gap between media practice and scholarly inquiry, the initiative seeks to enhance the quality of journalism and provide deeper insights into Gulf-related affairs through practical, specialized programs.
