Meanwhile, Metro Manila and other nearby areas are expected to experience light to moderate rainfall, with occasional heavy downpours, over the next three hours. The state weather agency had previously cautioned that the southwest monsoon would likely impact Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and the Visayas throughout the day. Residents in the affected provinces are advised to monitor official updates as weather conditions continue to evolve due to the monsoon's persistent influence across the country.
