The government’s decision stems from reports of harassment, threats, and behavior deemed disruptive to public order and social harmony. Although both individuals possess the right to appeal within seven days of formal notification, their residency in Thailand appears effectively terminated. The cases highlight a stricter enforcement of immigration regulations, as officials move to expel foreigners involved in incidents that threaten local stability. While Ohayon remains in custody, officers continue to track Dimino, whose business premises were found abandoned as the deportation process proceeds.
