The US Open reaches its final stages in New York with the semi-final lineups confirmed for both men's and women's singles. In the men's tournament, the field remains competitive following the early exits of top-ranked players like Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz. Alexander Zverev emerges as a primary contender, though he faces a challenging path against Karen Khachanov and potential American opposition. Meanwhile, the women's draw features a historic milestone, as the top four seeds have all advanced to the semi-finals for the first time in a Grand Slam since 2009. A highly anticipated matchup between Aryna Sabalenka and Jessica Pegula highlights the schedule, marking a recurring rivalry at this venue. While Sabalenka holds a historical advantage in their previous New York encounters, Pegula has demonstrated improved form in their recent meetings.
