President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Han Seong-sook recently participated in a bilateral business forum in Seoul, bringing together hundreds of government and corporate leaders. The discussions focused on expanding cooperation in sectors such as copper processing, electric vehicle component manufacturing, renewable energy, and infrastructure modernization. To facilitate these goals, the Uzbek president proposed the creation of a joint industrial and technological alliance. During the event, several projects were inaugurated, including new production facilities for vehicles, electrical equipment, and polymers across various Uzbek regions. Additionally, construction commenced on a medical oncology center and a robotics facility. The two nations also signed numerous intergovernmental agreements, covering areas such as the procurement of high-speed trains, the development of strategic mineral supply chains, and the integration of artificial intelligence into industrial processes.
