Beyond identifying potential infractions, officers are engaging with store staff to clarify legal obligations and the prohibition of such sales to minors. Timur Nogaybayev, who leads the Public Safety Department, stated that the primary objective of these recurring operations is to proactively stop violations through education and awareness. Retailers are being reminded of their responsibilities to adhere to current laws to protect younger consumers from the consumption of energy drinks.
