A 51-year-old individual identified as Suchitchai has been taken into custody by police in Bangkok following allegations of animal abuse. The incident took place on the evening of September 7 at a private residence located on Soi Vibhavadi Rangsit 66. The pond owner, known as Bobby, became suspicious after discovering a sex toy near his property earlier that day, prompting him to adjust his surveillance equipment. Recorded footage subsequently captured the suspect arriving by bicycle, removing his clothing, and entering the water to target the fish. Local law enforcement officials identified the man and proceeded with an arrest after reviewing the evidence provided by the homeowner.
