The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is currently observing two low-pressure systems situated outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. According to state meteorologists, one of these systems shows a significant probability of intensifying into a tropical cyclone within the coming day. A second system, located approximately 1,835 kilometers east of Mindanao, currently maintains a minimal likelihood of developing into a cyclone. While forecasters indicate that a direct landfall is not expected at this time, they are closely tracking the potential path of these weather disturbances as they could move toward the Bicol and Aurora regions. Meanwhile, monsoon rains continue to affect parts of Luzon, prompting authorities to maintain vigilance regarding shifting weather patterns in the vicinity of the country.
