Police in Pathum Thani are currently searching for an unidentified individual who stole over 1.5 million baht from a TTB bank branch in Khlong Luang district. The incident occurred on the afternoon of September 10. According to investigators, the perpetrator, described as approximately 170 centimeters tall, wore a balaclava, a red shirt, and gloves during the robbery. Security footage captured the suspect using an iron bar to secure the bank entrance before brandishing a firearm to intimidate staff. After seizing 500,000 baht from the counter and an additional one million baht from the vault, the suspect fled the scene in a grey Toyota Vios. Reports indicate that the getaway vehicle was later found burned. Law enforcement officials are continuing their investigation to locate the individual responsible for the theft.
