A British Jewish individual was discovered dead in the vicinity of Uman during the Rosh Hashanah holiday period. Authorities are currently treating the incident as a potential homicide. The international branch of the volunteer emergency response organization ZAKA, led by Baruch Nidam, is actively coordinating the recovery of the remains. The organization is also managing the necessary procedures to facilitate the release of the body and its subsequent transport for funeral arrangements. Local emergency teams, including a delegation from United Hatzalah, were present at the location where the discovery was made on September 14. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death are ongoing.
