A 36-year-old Myanmar national employed in the construction sector was discovered dead on Tawan Ron Beach, located in the Sattahip district of Chon Buri, on October 2. Local emergency responders were alerted after a child fishing nearby spotted the individual in the water. Upon arrival, authorities identified the victim as a man named Nem, who was dressed in a T-shirt and shorts. Preliminary police assessments indicated no visible signs of physical trauma or evidence of a struggle, leading investigators to consider the possibility that the man drowned while under the influence of alcohol. The body was found by local residents who had been notified by the child before contacting rescue services. Law enforcement officials are currently conducting further inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the death.
