The influence of Cyclone Arnab is currently diminishing as a fresh low-pressure weather system emerges across the Bay of Bengal. Meteorological authorities anticipate this new development will be less severe than the previous cyclone. Data from the India Meteorological Department indicates the system was tracking west-northwest at 22 kilometers per hour as of early October. By late October 31, the center was identified in the southeastern region of the Bay of Bengal, situated hundreds of kilometers away from major coastal cities like Chennai and Visakhapatnam. Forecasters project that this weather disturbance will likely strengthen into a deep depression as it moves across the southwestern and southeastern sections of the Bay of Bengal.
