South Korean confectionery firm Orion is expanding the international distribution of its Bichobi chocolate biscuit brand. Driven by rising demand from foreign travelers who discovered the snack while visiting Korea, the company plans to introduce the product to 37 Costco locations in Japan this October. A subsequent rollout to Costco outlets in the United States is scheduled for early next year. Orion noted that the biscuit has gained significant traction on social media platforms, where it is frequently highlighted as a favored souvenir for international visitors. By leveraging this popularity, the company aims to capitalize on the growing global interest in Korean snack products.
