During his State of the Nation Address, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev officially designated 2027 as the Year of Large-Scale Construction in Kazakhstan. Additionally, the project encompasses the development of essential social infrastructure such as healthcare facilities, specialized rehabilitation centers for children, sports complexes, libraries, and science hubs. Housing development remains a central component of this national strategy, reflecting the administration's commitment to upgrading civil infrastructure throughout the country to improve public services and living standards for all citizens.
