The Qatari government has introduced two online platforms, the Official Gazette website and the Al Meezan portal, to improve public access to legal information. Unveiled by the Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Ibrahim bin Ali al-Mohannadi, these tools aim to streamline the dissemination of laws and encourage greater civic engagement. According to Dr. Abdulla al-Khaldi, director of the Official Gazette Department, the new digital infrastructure eliminates traditional delays associated with printed publications. By providing immediate access to legislative updates, these initiatives support the objectives outlined in the Third National Development Strategy and the Qatar National Vision 2030, marking a significant shift in how citizens interact with the country's legal framework.
