Twelve months following a significant theft at the Louvre Museum in Paris, authorities have yet to locate the missing artifacts. The stolen collection, which includes a brooch and a crown once owned by Empress Eugénie, is valued at approximately $100 million. During the incident, perpetrators posing as construction personnel utilized industrial equipment to breach the museum and seize eight historical items. Although four individuals were apprehended within ten days of the crime and remain in custody pending trial, police searches of various properties have failed to yield the stolen goods. President Emmanuel Macron previously condemned the act as a direct assault on the cultural heritage of France. Despite ongoing efforts by investigators, the current location of these priceless historical objects remains unknown.
