The Westin Dhaka has officially announced the appointment of Bybee Chacko as its new Executive Chef. Chacko joins the property with a significant background in the global hospitality sector, having previously managed culinary operations at luxury resorts and hotels throughout India, the Maldives, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. His professional history includes tenures with major international brands such as Marriott International, Taj Hotels, and Hyatt Regency. Chef Chacko possesses a diverse skill set covering various culinary styles, including Italian, Pan-Asian, and contemporary Canadian dishes, as well as expertise in managing large-scale events and banquets. In his new role, he is expected to leverage his experience in leading multicultural teams and improving operational efficiency to enhance the dining standards at the hotel.
