The Turkish Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has scheduled auctions for two companies previously confiscated due to alleged connections with the Gülen movement. According to notices in the Official Gazette, the entities Sürat Sigorta and Kaynak Kağıt will be sold in October. The insurance firm Sürat Sigorta is valued at 455,000 Turkish Lira, with sealed bids due by October 6 and an auction process set for the following day. Meanwhile, the paper manufacturer Kaynak Kağıt has a valuation of 150 million Turkish Lira, with the auction process beginning on October 6. These sales represent a continuation of the government's ongoing efforts to liquidate assets seized during its crackdown on the movement.
