Authorities in Kathmandu have taken a man named Sujan Kapali into custody following the discovery of prohibited explosive materials at his residence. Acting on information regarding the illicit storage and distribution of firecrackers, police conducted a search of his rented property in Bhurungkhel on Monday evening at approximately 5:00 PM. During the operation, law enforcement officers seized 52 different types of firecrackers from the premises. The suspect, who hails from Kavre, is currently being held as investigations into the unauthorized handling of these explosive items continue.
