Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Museums, inaugurated the exhibition titled 'Giuseppe Penone: The Inner Flow of Life' at the National Museum of Qatar. Co-curated by Hans Ulrich Obrist and Issa al-Shirawi, the showcase features 25 pieces created by the Italian artist from 1970 to 2026. The collection highlights Penone's long-standing exploration of the connections between human existence and the natural environment. Visitors can view a diverse range of works, spanning from his early career highlights like 'Reversing One’s Eyes' to recent installations such as 'Bronze Veins.' The exhibition serves as a comprehensive survey of how the artist interprets the forces that influence both biological forms and the physical world.
